1. What this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use Oddity Network, our websites, and related services — including when you Sign in with Google and connect Google Calendar.
Oddity also offers white-glove agency matchmaking and Creative Recruiting under separate engagement terms. Those services may involve additional agreements; this Policy still applies to personal information we process for Oddity Network unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and profile information
When you create or use an account, we may collect:
- Name, email address, and profile photo (including from Sign in with Google)
- Company / agency name, role, and professional profile details you provide
- Preferences, settings, and communications with us
2.2 Google Sign-In
If you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google shares basic profile information with us (typically name, email address, language preference, and profile picture) according to your Google account settings and the scopes you approve at consent. We use this to create and authenticate your Oddity Network account. We do not receive your Google password.
2.3 Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, we request only the Calendar scopes shown on Google’s consent screen and access calendar data only as needed to provide scheduling features you enable (for example: reading availability and creating or updating events related to Network bookings or introductions). We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, sell it, or use it for unrelated profiling. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in your account or Google account settings. Disconnecting stops future access; it may not delete data already stored for active bookings unless you request deletion.
Google API Limited Use disclosure: Oddity’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2.4 Usage and device data
We may collect IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, and log data needed for security, debugging, and product improvement. We may use cookies or similar technologies.
2.5 Information from brands, agencies, and partners
In connection with matchmaking and Network membership, we may process business information you or others provide (briefs, capabilities, case studies, commercial terms, introductions, and related notes).
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve Oddity Network and related services
- Authenticate users and secure accounts (including via Google Sign-In)
- Enable scheduling and calendar-assisted features you turn on
- Facilitate brand–agency matching and Network introductions
- Communicate with you about the Service, support, and (where allowed) updates
- Comply with law, enforce terms, and protect Oddity, users, and the public
- Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to improve the product
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information:
- With selected agencies or brands as needed to evaluate fit and facilitate introductions you request or that are part of Network services
- With service providers who process data for us (hosting, analytics, email, authentication) under contractual obligations
- With Google, as required to operate Sign in with Google and Google Calendar connections you authorize
- If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (with notice where required)
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email Hello@ProjectOddity.com. You can also:
- Disconnect Google Calendar and revoke Oddity’s access in your Google Account
- Update or delete certain profile information in the Service where available
- Opt out of non-essential marketing emails via unsubscribe links
6. Retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Calendar and account data tied to active relationships may be kept for the life of the account plus a reasonable period afterward unless you request earlier deletion where applicable.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
The Service is for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
9. International users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.
10. Third-party links and services
The Service may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party services (including Google). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
